 On the 23rd of December there will be the traditional LEO Xmas dinner at the Chalet Ginko: 1b, rue de Mullendorf, Heisdorf.
People setting up the party can be there from 17h on. The party will start from 19h. |

 Leo Christmas Markets 2011 in Luxembourg City will be held on Place d'Armes in the pedestrian centre of the city from Thurstday 22nd December to Saturday 24th. |

Dear Leo’s,
As you know these pre-Xmas months have been, and are, pretty busy for our Club, just to mention a few successful activities that we recalled durring the last reunion:
- 26th November: LEOs helped during the X-mas market in Saarbrücken (organized by the Saarbrücken LEO Club). The organizers were happy of our presence and they are probably coming to our Xmas market as well.
- 30th November: Ice skating activity with the Children of the Red cross at the Kockelscheuer. The activity has highly amused the Children, and we can say the same for the LEOs who attended.
- 2nd December: Jérome joined the Telethon call center in the Lions district.

During our last reunion we had the pleasure to host Sergio Ferreira de Oliveira the President of the Lions Club International, our ''godfather club'' in Luxembourg, who came to speak about the traditional ''Charity Christmas Market'' organized by the Lions every year, and in which the Leos participate. The Market will be held the 22nd and the 23rd of December in front of the ''Théâtre des Capucins''; and the 24th of December in front of the ING bank (Grand Rue).

Dear Leo’s,
Our month has started with many activities and is full of work to do for the weekend, so here you are your up-date of the last meeting followed by some past activities, for those who were not there, and some points not to be forgotten.
Last saturday we had the pleasure to introduce to those who were attending the meeting another potential LEO member: Kevin Cassone. A huge welcome to Kevin and hopefully he'll keep on being with us during the next meetings and activities! Kevin was with us at the Lions ''roude leiw'' BBQ organized on saturday 10th in a very nice location called ''beim Fraiheetsbam''. Maybe a place to remember for our next BBQ sessions?!

Activities during the holiday:
Laurent Heinen went to the Telethon meeting on 25/7. He suggested that he could help doing some lay-out work. He will follow this up.
Last Saturday (27/8), we had a quite nice BBQ at Bissen. Eventhough the weather was not very famous, it was a huge success. Thanks to all LEO’s who came!

Dear Leo’s,
As mentioned in the last report Internations will give us, as a donation, the benefits collected with the Canadian BBQ, however for tax reason we'll have to pass through the ONG Lions as they can make that special receipt needed for the donation. As this activity gave us a lot of satisfaction as well as benefits for future donations, we thought about involving our energies in other kind of similar activities after the summer break. Everyone's nice ''money collecting activities'' ideas are welcome!
